Fukujukai Hall, built by Mr. Kazusuke Abe, who made his fortune as a seafood merchant in the early Showa period.
The main building is a traditional Japanese architecture in the sukiya style,
while the western building features modern designs with Venetian Renaissance-style window decorations,
leaving a splendid blend of Japanese and Western styles.
Both the main building, the western building, the tea room, and the storehouse are all designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Property,
and this exceptional space is inherited into the modern era as a new stage for hospitality while maintaining its dignity.

Main building (Japanese-style building)
The sukiya-style architecture, condensed with the traditional beauty of Japan, features a cypress bark hipped roof and a coffered ceiling.
From the wide veranda on the south side, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the castle tower. -
Western-style mansion
A Western-style building from the early Showa period characterized by a tiled steep gabled roof and a modern exterior wall.

Tea Rooms (West Tea Room, South Tea Room)
A stylish tea room designed by the master of sukiya architecture, Yoshihiro Fuefuki.
The southern tea room, called "Bojotei," features a genuine roji garden. -
