Standing in the castle town that gazes up at the ruins of Takeda Castle, known as the 'Castle in the Sky,' is the Takeda Castle Town Hotel EN. The Kimura family has been inheriting the craft of sake brewing in this area for 16 generations since the Edo period. With the current head's wish for it to be a place that connects many people, it began its new journey as the Takeda Castle Town Hotel EN in November 2013.
