Regarding payment

  • You can use our services for accommodation and various arrangements. The accepted brands for payment are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express, and payment must be made in full.

About the guest room

  • The building includes a total of four bedrooms, including a main bedroom, across the first and second floors. It can typically accommodate up to six guests, making it suitable for multi-generational families or groups of friends traveling together. If you wish to stay with seven to eight guests, please feel free to contact us.

  • As our concept is to preserve the charm of historical architecture, we do not accommodate barrier-free access. There may be inconveniences such as stairs and steps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

  • The entire room is equipped with wireless LAN (WiFi). There are no free computers available.

  • Children from 0 years old can stay overnight. Please inform us of the children's age, number, and gender when making a reservation.

  • We sincerely apologize. We do not accommodate pets for overnight stays.

About the meal

  • Guests who have reserved the applicable plan will be provided with a breakfast experience overlooking the Place of Scenic Beauty and the garden from the Heian Jingu Event Hall. Please enjoy breakfast made with Kyoto ingredients while gazing at the 10,000-tsubo Place of Scenic Beauty garden through the window. Round-trip transportation by taxi from your guest room will be arranged at the hotel's expense.

  • There is no restaurant located within the facility. The concierge can arrange dinner at renowned restaurants in Kyoto or prepare high-end catering. Please feel free to let us know your preferences or budget.

  • There is no room service for meals, but we have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available in the minibar for you to enjoy at your leisure. There is no additional charge, so please feel free to help yourself. If you need glasses, plates, or cutlery, please let the front desk know.

  • I will respond as much as possible. Please contact me in advance.

About the Activity Concierge

  • Yes, we will take care of that. Our concierge will individually plan experiences unique to Kyoto. We offer exclusive experiences such as private access to heritage sites that are not usually open to the public, and the opportunity to invite geisha performers to your room for a traditional performance. We will guide you to experiences in Kyoto that you can only find here. Please feel free to consult with our concierge about your wishes.

  • Based on your preferences, the concierge will make suggestions. Inquiries before your stay can also be made at Kazeno Heritage General Inquiries (VMG General Inquiries): 0120-210-289 (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM).

About check-in and check-out.

  • Check-in will first be done at the front desk of Nene no Michi Bettei, after which staff will guide you to Higashiyama Roji. Nene no Michi Bettei: 463-23 Shimokawara-cho, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, 605-0825.

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.

  • It is possible. We will keep it at the front desk. If you wish to have it mailed, please contact us in advance.

  • There will be no staff available. Please be aware that the front building will be unmanned after 10 PM.

  • There is no parking available. Please use the nearby coin parking. If you need assistance, please ask at the front desk.

  • It is possible. Please inform the front staff.

  • Due to the characteristics of historical buildings, there are steps and elevation changes; however, our staff will assist you as much as possible. If you have any concerns, please feel free to consult with us in advance.
