Where the castle becomes yours.
The moment you pass through the gate, you step into a grand chapter of history. A time and a space once known only to the lord of the castle — now yours alone. A one-of-a-kind experience in which you become the protagonist of history.

Stay at the castle
A "Castle Stay" is a special accommodation program that allows you to experience a stay in one of Japan's historic castles, almost as if you were the lord of the castle.
Each stay is limited to one group per night, with exclusive use of the original or reconstructed castle and its surrounding facilities, allowing you to immerse your five senses in samurai culture, local traditions, and the charm of historic architecture.
Here we introduce three castles: Ozu Castle (Ehime Prefecture), Marugame Castle (Kagawa Prefecture), and Fukuyama Castle (Hiroshima Prefecture). Each possesses a unique history and character, offering a one-of-a-kind experience.
- Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
Located in Ozu City, Ehime Prefecture, Ozu Castle offers Japan's first-ever "Castle Stay" experience in a wooden reconstructed keep, faithfully replicating its Edo-period appearance. The entire castle — including the keep and two turrets designated as Important Cultural Properties — is reserved for a single group per day, offering a special experience as if you were the lord of the castle.
- Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
Marugame Castle in Kagawa Prefecture boasts over 400 years of history. Famous for having the smallest original keep in Japan and beautiful stone walls, a stay here is a special journey back to the era of the Kyogoku clan, who ruled Marugame for more than two centuries. Reserve the entire castle for your group and savor the culture rooted in this land as you reflect on its history.
- Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
Celebrating its 400th anniversary, Fukuyama Castle in Hiroshima Prefecture is a rare castle — the closest to a train station in Japan, and the only one in the country with an iron-clad northern wall. The Fukuyama Castle Stay offers exclusive use of the entire castle grounds: a one-of-a-kind luxury experience drawing on this historic site and on Fukuyama's rich heritage of history, food, and culture.
