At LE UN Takeda Castle Town Hotel EN, we offer a winter course that incorporates Tajima vegetables, which have accumulated sweetness in the harsh cold,
along with the rich ingredients of this land.
An appetizer featuring rich mackerel enjoyed with refreshing yuzu and fermented cabbage, and a warm soup that gently spreads the umami of scallops.
The course begins with a dish that evokes the happiness of winter.
For the main dish, we offer the fragrant and finely textured "Tajima Beef Grill."
Enjoy the robust flavors of the ingredients along with the delicious Tajima vegetables, which have been packed with flavor after overcoming the winter cold.
To conclude, we have prepared a dessert that adds the accent of "umami from the sea" to the earthy aroma of Jerusalem artichokes and the bitterness of chocolate.
At the foot of the Takeda Castle ruins, a quiet castle town. Please enjoy a heartwarming moment surrounded by the rich blessings unique to this land.

This dish features the earthy flavor of "Jerusalem artichoke" as the main ingredient, accented by the slightly bitter chocolate of cacao.

Special Winter Guided Tour of Takeda Castle Ruins
Every year, guided tours of the Takeda Castle Ruins, which are normally closed to the public during the winter, will be opened exclusively to guests staying in Asago City.
Guests staying at our hotel are also eligible for this tour, which includes a visit to the castle ruins, where you can see the snow-covered stone walls and the serene silence that permeates the area.
You can enjoy the place all to yourself in a "private rental" situation, with no other customers around.
