Tajima Chicken Consomme and Wakan Gin
A consommé that carefully extracts the clear umami of Tajima chicken, a brand of chicken from Hyogo Prefecture,
This product combines the aromas of traditional Japanese and Chinese medicinal plants and herbs with the fragrance of traditional Japanese and Chinese gin.
A clean, refreshing taste is complemented by a delicate, nuanced aroma.
We have crafted this drink to offer a lingering, tranquil flavor.

Asago City 'Wadayama Takeda' Castle Festival
The "23rd Asago City Wadayama Takeda Castle Festival" held at the foot of Takeda Castle Ruins, known as the "Castle in the Sky."
Every year, it attracts many people as a spring event where one can feel the local history, culture, and tourism charm.
On the day, there will be a procession of warriors dressed as "Toyotomi Army" led by Hideyoshi Hashiba and the last lord, Hirohide Akamatsu, leading the "Akamatsu Army,"
as well as various events such as traditional Japanese drumming, kids' dance, and performer parades.
Children in armor and horses will also appear, coloring the town of Takeda in a splendid historical tapestry.
