About discounts
By registering as a member, you can make reservations at a 5% discount off the regular accommodation price. This applies even if you register as a new member at the time of booking. If you are already a member, please ensure you are logged in when making your reservation. If you accidentally book at the regular price, you will need to rebook. Please note that cancellation fees may apply according to the cancellation policy.
About Points
When you register as a member, you will receive points equivalent to 3% of your accommodation fees. Additionally, if your total points earned in a year exceed 5000 points, the point awarding rate will increase to 5% from the following year, and if it exceeds 18000 points, the rate will increase to 10%. The point awarding rate will fluctuate annually based on performance.

We offer a variety of services depending on the facility and region. The services may vary by time and facility.
Regarding Withdrawal
You can log in from the login page of the lodging reservation screen and cancel your account at any time from the account page. Once you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to view reservation information on the account page. Additionally, please note that points and benefits will also become invalid.
About the VMG Membership System
'Heritage Miles' and the membership system provided by the Value Management Group are separate services. Since 'Heritage Miles' is a free service, we encourage all VMG members to register.
