A special dish that expresses the spirit of hospitality.
I want to hear all the guests say, "It was delicious."
I want to provide memorable hospitality that conveys my gratitude.
In order to fulfill the wishes of the two of you,
We offer dishes perfect for your special day.
May your special day be a stimulating experience for all of your guests' senses.
A dish that will be etched into your memory.
Even as the seasons change, the colors remain vibrant.
A dish that evokes memories.
Our chefs prepare each dish with the utmost care and dedication.
The four things we value 4.

01 Enjoying the blessings of Kyushu through local production for local consumption
Fukuoka, a treasure trove of gourmet food where ingredients from all over Kyushu gather, focuses on cooking methods that maximize the appeal of seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, allowing you to experience the flavors of each season, and we serve them at the perfect timing for the utmost deliciousness.

02 Fusion French for Special Days
What we offer is fusion French cuisine, which has been cherished in the gourmet country of France since ancient times, reinterpreting traditional court dishes. All consomme, bouillon, and sauces used in every dish are prepared from scratch a week in advance, taking great care and time to make everything by hand.

03 Enjoy warm things while they are warm.
For meat and fish dishes, we serve them freshly cooked each time. Warm dishes, such as soups, are served while they are still hot. To ensure that our esteemed guests enjoy the food in the best possible condition, we take great care and effort in preparing each plate.

04 A special style that is uniquely yours.
"If you have any requests such as 'I want to showcase local specialties' or 'I want to incorporate dishes that hold memories for the two of us,' please feel free to let us know. We will create a special original style that is uniquely yours."

The Head Chef's Thoughts
Even if it doesn't remain in shape,
let's create memorable dishes.
Food at weddings is considered
one of the very important elements.
For example, in a three-hour wedding, the ceremony lasts30minutes,
and the remaining two and a half hours are for the reception,
so if the food and service do not
meet your satisfaction, it is meaningless.
Furthermore, food is an intangible product that does not
remain after it has been consumed.
That is why,
as professionals, we believe we should create dishes that, while not tangible,
will remain in your memories.
The food we provide is not a self-expression of the chef,
but rather a way to express the couple's hospitality.
Instead of incorporating trendy techniques,
the ideal is to create dishes that are
delicious for everyone, from small children to the elderly.
To bring joy to our important guests,
we face this with the same feelings as the couple,
and we are particular about each and every detail.
