As our concept is to preserve the charm of historical architecture, we do not accommodate barrier-free access. There may be inconveniences such as stairs and steps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

The entire room is equipped with wireless LAN (WiFi). There are no free computers available.

Children from 0 years old can stay overnight. Please inform us of the children's age, number, and gender when making a reservation.

We sincerely apologize. We do not accommodate pets for overnight stays.

For those who have applied for the breakfast plan, we prepare a breakfast basket delivered to your room. The breakfast includes homemade country bread made from Hokkaido wheat and yogurt made from Hakodate milk, utilizing local ingredients. We will ask for your preferred delivery time during check-in and deliver it to your room entrance the following morning.

There is no restaurant located within the facility. The concierge is available to assist with dinner arrangements at renowned restaurants in Hakodate or with catering services. Please feel free to make any requests.

There is no room service for meals, but drinks are available for you to enjoy from the minibar. If you need glasses or cutlery, please request them at the front desk.

General public hours (11:00 AM to 4:00 PM / last admission at 3:30 PM, subject to seasonal changes) allow overnight guests to visit. After public hours, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the main room will be opened as a private lounge exclusively for guests, where you can enjoy Hokkaido wine and original non-alcoholic cocktails. Additionally, we offer private guided tours of the entire facility.

Yes, we will take care of that. We have prepared experiences unique to Hakodate and the southern region of Hokkaido. For more details, please check the activities page. Feel free to consult the concierge for any requests you may have.

Check-in will be conducted at the main building of the Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property, The Old Soma Residence. Please come to the main building first.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.
