Touring Tanba pottery in the Imada area.

An original course that runs through Tanba Sasayama. This is a rental bicycle and guided tour by the knowledgeable guide "-Tan Tan-" who is familiar with the Satoyama of Tanba Sasayama in Hyogo Prefecture.

In Imada Town, there are about 60 pottery studios where you can interact directly with the artists and view or purchase their works. Some of the pottery used in the restaurant at Sasayama Castle Town Hotel Nipponia is crafted by these studios, further expanding the enjoyment of your visit.

First, it is recommended to visit the 'Tamba Traditional Crafts Park, Tachikui Pottery Village' to admire the works of all the potters in one place, and then to walk around visiting the potters whose work you like.
