[Accommodation | Notice] Introduction of Tanba-Sasayama's winter local cuisine: our breakfast that warms up the chilled body.

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our establishment.

The cold wind has become more penetrating this season.
During such times, how about a dish to warm your chilled body?

Tamba-Sasayama is known for its nationally branded specialties such as Tamba chestnuts, black soybeans, and yam, but
the local dish made with wild boar meat, called "Botan Nabe," is also well-known nationwide.
It got its name from the way the wild boar meat is arranged like a peony flower.

At our museum, for a limited time during the winter season...
A chef's original wild boar soup inspired by the winter delicacy, Botan Nabe (wild boar hot pot).
It is available for breakfast.

The miso is blended with three types of miso, such as red miso and country-style miso, inspired by the botan nabe,
and uses plenty of local root vegetables.
The finishing touch of powdered sansho from Tanba-Sasayama is a dish that stimulates the appetite.

In customer surveys,
Our breakfast is very popular in terms of both taste and portion size.

Please enjoy a moment that soothes your heart and body with the winter cuisine of Tanba Sasayama, unique to this time of year.
