"Kuro Edamame" is a seasonal specialty from Tamba-Sasayama, harvested only during a limited period, known for its large size, chewy texture, and deep flavor.
We have prepared a special autumn plan that includes this Kuro Edamame paired with black bean beer.
■Accommodation Period
From October 1, 2024 to November 17, 2024
* The black edamame will be an early variety until the opening date in early October (to be determined). You can enjoy different textures and flavors during the period.
* It is also possible to change to a non-alcoholic drink. Please let us know on the day.
What is black edamame?
Harvested only during a limited period in autumn, this is a specialty of Tanba-Sasayama, known for its exceptional grain size, chewy texture, and deep flavor.
At the beginning of the season, the pods are still green, offering a fresh and juicy taste.
Gradually, black spots appear on the pods, the beans swell plumply, and the flavor intensifies.
As time goes on, the pods turn yellow, and the beans begin to take on a purplish hue, maturing further, allowing you to enjoy the differences in texture and taste throughout the season.
