This building, which serves as the base for our facility that includes a front restaurant and guest rooms, was remodeled from the residence and workplace of the president of the 137 Bank, built during the Meiji period. The historical charm of the era is preserved throughout, evoking a sense of nostalgia that is not found in modern times. The names of the various buildings in our facility are derived from types of chrysanthemums that were presented to the Tokugawa family, who constructed Sasayama Castle. The ONAE building is named after the 'Onaegiku' chrysanthemum.

Tamba Sasayama, which developed around Sasayama Castle built in the center of a nature-rich basin surrounded by mountains, has nurtured a unique culture by its predecessors, which has been passed down to the present day along with the town's landscape.

The ONAE building was the residence of a bank president. One of the pleasures is being able to infer the richness of wealth from its architectural style, including magnificent beams, a traditional cooking stove, and a well.

It is a space where traditional Japanese architectural designs, such as the transom's motifs and the different shelves, have been preserved as they are, allowing you to relax comfortably.

This is a room renovated from the vault of a bank president's residence. Please enjoy a leisurely time in a space that retains the heavy, textured plaster doors and the charm of the historical beams, allowing you to feel the atmosphere of a castle town.

Originally, this room was used by the head of the institution and features a maisonette style with tatami mats and a warm, wooden atmosphere. Please enjoy your time in this space that reflects the charm of a historic residence.
