The guest room building, renovated from a former merchant's house located in Kawaramachi, where the Kawaramachi merchant house group is situated, features lattice doors facing the street that evoke a sense of traditional charm. The names of each building in our establishment are derived from types of chrysanthemums that were presented to the Tokugawa family, who constructed Sasayama Castle. The YAMAZINO building is named after the 'Yamaji chrysanthemum.'

Tamba Sasayama, which developed around Sasayama Castle built in the center of a nature-rich basin surrounded by mountains, has nurtured a unique culture by its predecessors, which has been passed down to the present day along with the town's landscape.
The YAMAZINO building is a former merchant house located in the merchant town area of Kawaramachi, which supported the development of the Sasayama Castle town. The historical architecture that remains in Kawaramachi to this day plays an important role in "Promoting and Sustaining Culture".
