In summer, we offer sweets and specialty sandwiches made with Hokkaido melons, and in autumn, we feature apples from Nanae Town, the first place in Japan to cultivate Western apples, using seasonal ingredients throughout the year.
Three types of sandwiches
Using the beloved King Bake bread, cherished by the citizens of Hakodate for over 90 years, we offer three types of hearty sandwiches prepared using traditional Nordic cooking methods such as fermentation and smoking. The varieties include aromatic smoked salmon, ham made from local pork, and potato salad made with local potatoes.
Seasonal dessert
We offer desserts made with seasonal fruits from Hokkaido. You can enjoy flavors that are rich in seasonal essence, made possible by using locally sourced ingredients. There are also special items available in limited quantities, so please ask our staff for more information when you visit.
