The types of credit cards accepted are VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX / DINERS / UnionPay, and payment is only accepted in a lump sum.

For reservations made through the official website, changes can be made from your My Page if it is outside the cancellation policy period. For other reservations, we generally ask that you rebook.

About sightseeing activities

We apologize, but we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets during your stay. There are group hotels where you can stay with pets, so we would appreciate your consideration.

As our concept is to preserve the charm of historical architecture, we do not accommodate barrier-free access. There may be inconveniences due to stairs and uneven surfaces. However, we do have some rooms with relatively flat layouts, so please feel free to inquire.

The entire room is equipped with internet access (wireless = WiFi). *Please note that there is no free computer available.

The concept of our hotel's renovation is to restore the charm and atmosphere of the building from its most glorious era. Since we are preserving as much of the building's character as possible, please understand that the insulation and soundproofing may not be sufficient compared to modern architecture.
Additionally, the hotel is a wooden structure located in a historical district. Due to its construction, sound can easily resonate, so we kindly ask for your consideration regarding voices and noises.

We will guide you to the restaurant "Le Un" within the hotel.
You can enjoy breakfast based on French cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
In particular, menus featuring seafood sourced from the Hakodate Morning Market and plans that include an experience of touring the market with the chef are also popular.

There is no room service for meals, but we can provide bottled drinks and simple snacks.
If you need glasses, plates, knives, forks, spoons, or ice, please let the front desk know.

Available from 2,640 yen (including tax and service charge) for 2-3 people. Please make your request by 3 PM the day before.
It is also possible to write a message on the plate, so if you wish, please let us know the message content.

◼︎Bouquet
Available from 4,235 yen (including tax and service charge), we can prepare according to your budget. Please make your request by 3 days in advance.

We will assist you with important milestones such as proposals and 60th birthday celebrations. Please feel free to consult with us.

Lunch, dinner, and café can be used without a reservation depending on availability, but we recommend making a reservation in advance for a smooth experience.
About the restaurant

We will ask for your preferred time at check-in. If you inform us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that there may be cases where we cannot fulfill it.

We also accommodate requests such as vegan and vegetarian options. Due to the arrangement of ingredients, we kindly ask that you inquire early.

We have prepared meals according to your child's age.

We apologize, but pets, including your beloved dog, are not allowed in shared spaces such as the restaurant.

It is possible. If you wish to enjoy it at the restaurant, a corkage fee of 3,630 yen (per bottle, including tax and service charge) will be charged separately.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility, including guest rooms. Please refrain from smoking outside of designated areas.

The room does not have a TV or clock.
Please relax and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

At our hotel, in order to allow you to fully experience the charm of historical architecture, there may be some inconveniences for our guests that are unavoidable. However, our staff will assist you as much as possible. Additionally, due to the characteristics of Japanese architecture, many of our rooms are of the maisonette type. We also have rooms with a relatively flat layout, so please feel free to inquire.

If you are arriving by car, we will guide you to our affiliated parking lot. Rate: ¥1,000 (tax included) per vehicle, per night.
Payment: We will guide you to the payment area upon your arrival, so please stop by the front desk first. You will receive a service voucher at the front desk before check-out.

*Parking is not available for reservation (first-come, first-served). If the parking lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby parking lot. Please note that you will be responsible for all parking fees in that case.

◾For customers using our restaurant who are arriving by car, we will guide you to nearby parking lots. Please note that parking fees will be entirely at the customer's expense.
About access

Guests can use the facilities from 12:00 PM on the check-in day until 11:00 AM on the check-out day.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.

It is possible. We will keep it at the front desk. If you wish to have it mailed, please contact us in advance.

There will be no staff available. Please be aware that the front building will be unmanned after 10 PM.

We will make suggestions based on your preferences, so please feel free to consult with the concierge on the day of your visit.
Additionally, we are distributing handmade maps by our staff at the front desk.
