  • We will guide you to the restaurant "Le Un" within the hotel.
    You can enjoy breakfast based on French cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
    In particular, menus featuring seafood sourced from the Hakodate Morning Market and plans that include an experience of touring the market with the chef are also popular.

  • There is no room service for meals, but we can provide bottled drinks and simple snacks.
    If you need glasses, plates, knives, forks, spoons, or ice, please let the front desk know.

  • If you let us know at least three days before the check-in date, we can arrange cakes, flower bouquets, etc., according to your budget.
    Cakes are available starting from 1,980 yen (including tax and service charge) for 2-3 people.
    It is also possible to write a message on the plate, so if you wish, please let us know the content.
    Our staff will assist you in celebrating important milestones such as proposals or 60th birthday celebrations. Please feel free to consult with the VMG concierge.

  • At our hotel, in order to allow you to fully experience the charm of historical architecture, there may be some inconveniences for our guests that are unavoidable. However, our staff will assist you as much as possible. Additionally, due to the characteristics of Japanese architecture, many of our rooms are of the maisonette type. We also have rooms with a relatively flat layout, so please feel free to inquire.

About Access, Check-in/Check-out

    If you are arriving by car, we will guide you to our affiliated parking lot. Rate: ¥1,000 (tax included) per vehicle, per night.
    Payment: We will guide you to the payment area upon your arrival, so please stop by the front desk first. You will receive a service voucher at the front desk before check-out.

    *Parking is not available for reservation (first-come, first-served). If the parking lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby parking lot. Please note that you will be responsible for all parking fees in that case.

    ◾For customers using our restaurant who are arriving by car, we will guide you to nearby parking lots. Please note that parking fees will be entirely at the customer's expense.
    About access

  • Guests can use the facilities from 12:00 PM on the check-in day until 11:00 AM on the check-out day.

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.

  • It is possible. We will keep it at the front desk. If you wish to have it mailed, please contact us in advance.

  • There will be no staff available. Please be aware that the front building will be unmanned after 10 PM.
