A design space recognized worldwide
We offer nine rooms that harmonize a simple and warm Nordic atmosphere with a red brick design. The rooms are adorned with oak from Daisetsuzan and carefully selected Nordic interiors. Based on a calm gray tone, each room features a different theme color, allowing you to enjoy a refined space that feels a bit different from the usual.
In 2022, we received the global design award "iF DESIGN AWARD (Germany)." We were recognized for our exterior that utilizes the texture of red brick warehouses and the warm interior that incorporates traditional Japanese techniques and wood materials.
Not only is the design quality high, but we also value the harmony with the stories that breathe life into the building and the local culture. We hope that our guests will enjoy a profound experience where simply being in that place becomes the purpose of their journey.
What is the iF Design Award
Established in 1953 in Hannover, Germany, this is a globally prestigious international design award. It is regarded as one of the 'three major design awards in the world' alongside the American IDEA Award and the German Red Dot Design Award.

ART WORK
is one of the representative ingredients of Hokkaido, accounting for 90% of domestic production. This chandelier is designed to resemble kelp while also bringing a touch of elegance to the interior.
An object that imagines the journey in Hokkaido starting from Hakodate with Mount Hakodate on the left edge, and the destination of the journey in Hokkaido. The mountain continuing on the right side is inspired by the mountain range of Hokkaido.
Experience plan
"Gagome Kelp," a rare brand of kelp and a specialty of Hakodate. In your room, you can enjoy a kelp bath using this kelp. We also recommend the GAGOME HERBAL SPA experience as a retreat plan exclusive to guests.
