• Hot pot course: Up to 12:00 PM five days before your arrival date.
French course: Until 5:00 PM the day before your stay
Using local ingredients, the chef carefully prepares each dish.

We are unable to accommodate significant additions of allergies or disliked ingredients on the day of your reservation.

We offer the "Gokyo Hot Pot Course" using broth from the Satoyama and the "Satoyama Cuisine Full Course (French)" at our facility.

Breakfast will consist mainly of a gentle rice porridge, along with local vegetables and fruits grown in the pure water and soil of Kurayoshi, and Misasa yogurt.
We offer a breakfast designed to nourish both mind and body.
Enjoy a refreshing awakening unique to this place. We especially recommend it for guests who have booked a room-only plan.
