Regarding payment

  • You can use our services for accommodation and various arrangements. The accepted brands for payment are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express, and payment must be made in full.

About the guest room

  • As our concept is to preserve the charm of historical architecture, we do not accommodate barrier-free access. There may be inconveniences such as stairs and steps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

  • The entire room is equipped with wireless LAN (WiFi). There are no free computers available.

  • Children from 0 years old can stay overnight. Please inform us of the children's age, number, and gender when making a reservation.

  • We sincerely apologize. We do not accommodate pets for overnight stays.

About the meal

  • There is a dining area within the facility 'Takadaya' that is available for non-guests as well. We offer a unique dinner experience based on the concept of 'Five Elements of Satoyama', which permeates both the heart and body with the flavors of Tottori and Kurayoshi. Additionally, we are happy to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants, so please feel free to ask.

  • There is no room service for meals, but drinks are available for you to enjoy from the minibar. If you need glasses or cutlery, please request them at the front desk.

About the Activity Concierge

  • Yes, we will take care of that. We have prepared experiences unique to the Tottori and Chubu areas. For more details, please check the 'How to Spend Your Time' page. Feel free to consult the concierge with any requests.

  • Based on your preferences, the concierge will make suggestions. Inquiries before your stay can also be made at Kazeno Heritage General Inquiries (VMG General Inquiries): 0120-210-289 (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM).

About check-in and check-out.

  • Check-in will be conducted at the front desk of the designated cultural property 'Ogawa House'. Please come to 'Ogawa House' first.

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.

  • It is possible. We will hold it at the front. If you wish to have it shipped, please contact us in advance.
    *Shipping will be cash on delivery.

  • "There will be no staff available. Please be aware that the front desk will be unmanned after 10 PM."

  • We have a dedicated parking lot available. Please use the free dedicated parking lot located right in front of 'Ogawaya', where the front desk is.

  • It is possible. Please let the front staff know.
