Heritage hotel with
3 limited rooms overlooking the historic streets
The setting is a former ryokan located on Nene-no-Michi in Higashiyama, which represents the historical landscape of Kyoto. It is adjacent to Kodaiji Temple and Yasaka Pagoda, positioned in the center of the Important Preservation Districts for Groups of Traditional Buildings, characterized by beautiful stone pavements and traditional houses.
While inheriting the time etched into the building through its stylish exterior, aged pillars, beams, and earthen walls, it has been reborn into a modern luxury stay. Incorporating the craftsmanship of Kyoto artisans and designs that evoke the splendor of Momoyama culture with copper and peacock blue, it has been finished as a space where tradition and modernity quietly harmonize.
There are only three guest rooms. Enjoying views that monopolize the different landscapes of Higashiyama, including a garden, a cypress bath, the rooftops of Kodaiji Temple, Nene's Path, and the Yasaka Pagoda, you can spend a luxurious and private time living amidst the historic streets.

Exclusive and luxurious stay
that can only be found here
The building of the former ryokan has been transformed into three guest rooms, each over 61 square meters. On the first floor, there is a guest room for two guests equipped with a garden and a cypress bath, while the second floor offers spacious guest rooms for three to four guests, overlooking Kodaiji Temple and Yasaka Pagoda.
From a quiet stay enjoying the scenery of Higashiyama as a couple, to a trip utilizing multiple guest rooms with family and friends. We offer a free and rich Kyoto experience where you can gather in one villa while maintaining each person's privacy.

This is a quiet suite for two, facing a small garden that retains the charm of the early Showa period. Located on the first floor, the relatively flat room allows you to spend time as if detached from the outside bustle, while enjoying the greenery of the garden beyond the engawa, the rain wetting the stones, and the soft sunlight filtering through the trees.
The most notable feature is the handcrafted hinoki bath, specially designed for this guest room. When filled with water, it releases a pure scent of wood and a smooth texture that gently soothes the body and mind, weary from walking around the city. The natural colors created by tatami mats, wood, and earthen walls are complemented by the quiet elegance of copper and peacock blue designs.
In the morning, gaze at the garden bathed in soft light streaming through the engawa, and at night, immerse yourself in the lingering ambiance of the day enveloped in the scent of cypress. This room, located in the vibrant heart of Higashiyama, cherishes the tranquility facing the garden, making it perfect for couples or those traveling together in Kyoto.
