We would like to share important information regarding dining and parking for guests staying during the Obon period (August 8 - August 15).
Regarding Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions (Important)
For guests who have booked a plan including meals,
do you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions?
As this concerns your health and safety, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the details by 5:00 PM on August 7.
Our chef prepares each dish with great care using local ingredients,
and we want you to enjoy your dining experience with peace of mind.
(Please note that we cannot accommodate major dietary changes on the day of arrival.)
To Guests with Room Only or Breakfast Included Plans
《Regarding Dinner》
Our hotel restaurant, "LE UN," serves course meals featuring locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

We serve a nutritious Japanese-style breakfast featuring freshly cooked rice,daily miso soup, fresh eggs,and seasonal vegetables delivered directly from local farmers.
For guests on a room-only plan, we highly recommend adding this experience to your stay.

To Guests with Children
We also offer meal options for children.
If you would like to request a child’s meal, please let us know by 5:00 PM on August 7.

To Guests with Half-Board Plans (Dinner & Breakfast)
Regarding your dinner seating, we offer the following time slots:
6:00 PM or 7:30 PM
＊Please note that your dining time may be adjusted on the day depending on availability.
We will ask for your preference during check-in.
Please note that if a time slot is fully booked, we may have to assign you to the available time.
If you have a preferred time in advance,please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
To Guests Visiting by Car
We kindly ask guests staying at our hotel to park at the 「Takeda Machinaka Kanko Parking Lot」.
This parking lot is located about 100 meters from the hotel.
As it is a municipal parking lot, it is available for use even before check-in.
