At Hotel CULTIA Dazaifu, we will offer a seasonal afternoon tea using plenty of Yame tea roasted tea and summer fruits from various regions of Kyushu
available for a limited time from July to August.
Fukuoka and Yame are known as one of Japan's leading tea-producing regions, where Yame tea, with its good balance of aroma and flavor, is cultivated.
Using this Yame roasted tea luxuriously, we have carefully crafted desserts with a refined bitterness and a rich depth of flavor.
Additionally, homemade plum wine made from plums harvested at the Dazaifu Government Office ruins is used in the raw chocolate, adding a soft aftertaste and elegance.
Enjoy a luxurious afternoon feeling the refreshing summer with delicate and beautiful savory dishes and sweets created by a French chef, utilizing Yame tea and summer fruits from Kyushu.
