available for a limited time from May to June.
Fukuoka and Yame are known as one of Japan's leading tea-producing areas, where Yame tea, with its good balance of aroma and flavor, is cultivated.
Using this Yame tea matcha lavishly, we have carefully crafted sweets with a refined bitterness and a deep flavor.
Additionally, by incorporating Ume associated with Dazaifu, it adds a soft aftertaste and elegance that enhances the depth of matcha.
