About your reservation

  • Both the restaurant and accommodation are available for your use.
    The types of credit cards accepted are VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX / DINERS / UnionPay, and payment is only accepted in a lump sum.

About the guest room

  • We have guest rooms available for you and your beloved dog. There are limited rooms, so please see below for details.

  • As our concept is to preserve the charm of historical architecture, we do not accommodate barrier-free access. There may be inconveniences due to stairs and uneven surfaces. However, we do have some rooms with relatively flat layouts, so please feel free to inquire.

  • The entire room is equipped with internet access (wireless = WiFi). *Please note that there is no free computer available.

  • The concept of our hotel's renovation is to restore the charm and atmosphere of the building from its most glorious era. Since we are preserving as much of the building's character as possible, please understand that the insulation and soundproofing may not be sufficient compared to modern architecture.
    Additionally, the hotel is a wooden structure located in a historical district. Due to its construction, sound can easily resonate, so we kindly ask for your consideration regarding voices and noises.

About the restaurant

  • To ensure you can enjoy your meal, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
    Both lunch and dinner may be available without a reservation depending on availability, but you may have to wait for a while for guidance.

  • We will ask for your preferred time at check-in. If you inform us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may need to adjust the timing to ensure proper spacing between customers.

  • Cakes for 2 to 3 people are available starting at 1,980 yen (including tax and service charges). It is also possible to add a message on the plate, so please let us know the content of the message if you wish. Regarding bouquets, we can arrange them according to your budget. Please feel free to consult with us.

  • I will respond as much as possible. Please contact us in advance.

  • We have prepared meals according to your child's age.

    ■ Meals for ages 3 to 6: 2,200 yen (including tax and service charge) ... One plate / Hamburger, etc.

About the equipment

  • All indoor areas, including guest rooms, are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in some outdoor spaces.
    The KANMURI building (rooms 101 to 103) has a designated smoking area in the shared space in front of the front desk.
    Ashtrays are provided in outdoor spaces such as the courtyard and terrace within the guest room premises, except for rooms 101 to 103 and room 301.
    Please refrain from smoking in areas other than the designated spots.

  • The room does not have a TV or clock.
    Please relax and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

  • At our hotel, in order to allow you to fully experience the charm of historical architecture, there may be some inconveniences for our guests that are unavoidable. However, our staff will assist you as much as possible. Additionally, due to the characteristics of Japanese architecture, many of our rooms are of the maisonette type. We also have rooms with a relatively flat layout, so please feel free to inquire.

About Access, Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.

  • It is possible. We will keep it at the front desk. If you wish to have it mailed, please contact us in advance.

  • Guests staying at the hotel can use the parking lot next to the hotel free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving by car.
    If the parking lot is full, please speak to the front desk first, and we will guide you to another parking space.
    Also, parking spaces are limited, so if you are coming with multiple vehicles, please let us know in advance.

  • Guests can use the facilities from 12:00 on the day of check-in until 11:00 on the day of check-out.
    Please stop by the front desk when you arrive. We will guide you to the parking lot.

  • There will be no staff available. Please be aware that the front building will be unmanned after 10 PM.
