I agree to understand and comply with the following precautions regarding my stay with pets.
Pet accommodation conditions
1. Only dogs are allowed to accompany you to the facility, and we kindly ask that no other animals be brought in.
2. Please ensure that your dog is trained to a minimum standard that does not disturb other guests, meaning no excessive barking, jumping, or destruction of property.
3. A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed, with a total weight limit of 25 kg.
4. For safety reasons, we have established certain dog breeds that are not permitted to stay, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. (See below)

* In addition to the breeds listed above, dogs that may pose a risk of causing inconvenience or harm to others may also be prohibited from staying at this hotel at the hotel's discretion.
5. We kindly request that you have received vaccinations for rabies and viral infectious diseases (a mixed vaccine of five or more types) within a period of more than two weeks and less than one year prior.
Please bring a copy of the vaccination certificate for viral infectious diseases, proving that it was administered more than two weeks and less than one year ago, on the day of the event.
It will be required that at least 4 months have passed since birth.
Regarding rental dogs, we cannot accept them.
9. We kindly ask that you have measures for flea and tick control completed with a prescription from your veterinary clinic.
We also kindly ask that you have measures for heartworm prevention completed with a prescription from your veterinary clinic.
10. In the case of female dogs, we kindly ask that you refrain from staying during their heat cycle (from the start of menstruation for 4 weeks) and while pregnant. Additionally, if there is a significant risk of causing disturbances to other dogs, we may also ask you to refrain from staying. Thank you for your understanding.
Precautions for Using the Dog-Friendly Room
1. Dogs are not allowed to be left on the bedding; they must be kept off the beds.
2. When returning indoors from walks or outings, please ensure cleanliness at the designated foot washing area inside.
3. If you leave your dog alone in the guest room while going out for meals or during bedtime, please make sure to confine the dog in the indoor dog cage.
4. Entry into areas where animals are prohibited is not allowed.
5. Please do not leave your dog in the guest room during cleaning.
6. Please be careful not to damage the building, furniture, fixtures, equipment, plants, or anything else, and if any damage occurs, you will be responsible for the costs.
7. If your dog relieves itself outside of the indoor toilet, please promptly clean up hygienically. If it happens in shared areas, please report it to the nearest hotel staff.
8. When going out with your dog, please be cautious of vehicles around the hotel. Also, to avoid inconveniencing other guests and neighbors, please keep your dog on a leash. Additionally, please take responsibility for cleaning up after your dog and dispose of waste in the designated waste disposal area inside the hotel.
9. Please refrain from bringing your dog to hotel facilities outside of the dog-friendly room floor.
10. In case of an emergency with your dog, we will introduce you to a nearby animal hospital. For any other questions or consultations, please feel free to contact the hotel staff.
11. Please bring familiar items such as dog food, brushes, and special bedding. If there is any false information in your application or if the guest and accompanying dog violate these terms during your stay, causing significant inconvenience, danger, or accidents to other guests, we may refuse your accommodation, so please be aware of this in advance.
12. We will do our best to accept accompanying dogs, but in the event of injuries, escapes, or fatal accidents due to force majeure, the hotel will not be held responsible. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for any troubles between guests or between accompanying dogs that arise from the accompanying dogs.
