[Notice] About the building demolition work in front of the KOURAI building.

Demolition work will be carried out in the building adjacent to the dedicated parking lot in front of the KOURAI building during the following period.


Construction period: September 28, 2026 (Monday) to October 15, 2026 (Thursday)
Working hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No demolition work on weekends and holidays)

■Impact on Customers
During the construction period, working hours (weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) will generate noise due to the work, and while we will take sufficient precautions during construction, there may be dust and debris that could adhere to vehicles in the adjacent parking lot. Please note that while your vehicle is parked, work on the parking lot side will be temporarily halted to accommodate you.
For customers concerned about the impact on their vehicles or the noise from the work, we will provide information on alternative parking located away from the construction area upon your arrival.
