Overview of the experience

Meditation experience immersed in the tranquility of the bamboo grove

The journey begins at the 'former National Rail Kurayoshi Line abandoned track,' which continues like a tunnel of bamboo groves, with meditation led by the monk of Jizoin. Enveloped in a mystical silence, by emptying the mind, one sheds the noise of everyday life and awakens their original senses.

Sharpening your senses through walking

With the lingering effects of meditation, I set out on a walk towards 'Daisen Pond', about 2.5 km away. Focusing on the sensation of the earth beneath my feet, with each step I take, my thoughts quiet down, and my breathing becomes deeper and more tranquil.

Blending with nature by the shores of Daisen Pond

Once you arrive at the pond by the goal, take a moment to breathe while gazing at the shifting surface of the water. Enjoy the sense of oneness that blurs the boundaries between the surrounding scenery and yourself, and spend a moment savoring the feeling of liberation that clears your mind and body.
