Located just a 3-minute walk from the Ogawa family, the 'Former Takata Residence', a Registered Tangible Cultural Property situated in the same Tsubuki-Tamagawa area, has been transformed into a space featuring five guest rooms and a dining area, while preserving the atmosphere of this historic merchant house built in 1902.

A quiet detached space standing on the grounds of the Registered Tangible Cultural Property "髙多家". The flat single-story design, which connects a two-room Japanese-style living room to the bedroom, has the least number of steps in our facility, allowing families with children and elderly guests to enjoy a private and comfortable time. Lean back on the custom sofa set up in the living room and watch the soft shadows cast by the traditional lighting.
