You can use our services for accommodation and various arrangements. The accepted brands for payment are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express, and payment must be made in full.

Children from 0 years old can stay overnight. Please inform us of the child's age and number of children at the time of booking.
*Some rooms do not allow children (elementary school age and under) to stay, so we kindly ask you to confirm and choose another room.

When making a reservation, please feel free to discuss your desired activities. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

As our concept is to preserve the charm of historical architecture, we do not accommodate barrier-free access. There may be inconveniences such as stairs and steps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

The entire room is equipped with wireless LAN (WiFi). There are no free computers available.

Both lunch and dinner can be enjoyed without a reservation depending on availability, but we recommend making a reservation in advance for a smoother experience.

We will ask for your preferred time at check-in. If you inform us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may need to adjust the timing to ensure proper spacing between customers.

Cakes for 2 to 3 people are available starting at 1,980 yen (including tax and service charges). It is also possible to add a message on the plate, so please let us know the content of the message if you wish. Regarding bouquets, we can arrange them according to your budget. Please feel free to consult with us.

We have prepared meals according to your child's age.
■ Meals for ages 3 to 6: 2,200 yen (including tax and service charge) ... One plate / Hamburger, etc.
■ Meals for ages 7 to 12: 3,300 yen (including tax and service charge) ... Half course / Appetizer, soup, meat dish, dessert

There is nothing in particular.

It is possible. If you wish to enjoy it at the restaurant, a corkage fee of 3,630 yen (per bottle, including tax and service charge) will be charged separately.

There is no meal room service available, but we do provide bottled drinks and simple snacks. If you need glasses or plates, please let the front desk know.

Guests can use the parking lot for guests located behind the hotel free of charge.
If you are coming by car, please let us know in advance.
Since parking spaces are limited, if you are coming with multiple vehicles, we kindly ask you to inform us of that as well.

Additionally, on the day of your stay, if you come to the front desk, our staff will guide you directly to the parking lot.

Guests can use the facilities from 15:00 on the day of check-in until 11:00 on the day of check-out.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility, including guest rooms. Please refrain from smoking outside of designated areas.

The room does not have a television or clock. Please enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our hotel has been renovated while preserving the charm of its historical architecture. There may be some inconveniences for our guests, but our staff will assist you as much as possible. Additionally, due to the characteristics of Japanese architecture, we have many maisonette-type rooms. However, we also have relatively flat rooms available, so please feel free to inquire.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you will be arriving later than 20:00, please be sure to contact us.
