About Kazeno Naramachi

SAKE HOTEL is born from the renovation and repair of the building of Nara Toyosawa Sake Brewery, one of the sake producers representing Nara, the birthplace of sake brewing using rice in Japan.
In the main dining area of the hotel, Restaurant Ruan, you can enjoy a French marriage that makes full use of seasonal ingredients from Nara, such as locally sourced sake paired with Yamato beef and Yamato vegetables, at the chef's counter that utilizes the sake brewery's earthen floor.

Please enjoy the charm of Nara through its seasonal cuisine.
