About food allergies and ingredients that are difficult to eat (Important)
For customers who have made a reservation with a meal plan,
do you have any allergies or ingredients you dislike?
As it relates to your health, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the details by 5 PM the day before your stay, if possible.
We hope you can enjoy the dishes prepared with care by our chef,
using local ingredients, with peace of mind.
(Please note that we cannot accommodate significant additions of allergies or disliked ingredients on the day.)

As there are limited seats, we kindly ask you to make your reservation early.
We will ask about your meal time during check-in.

Regarding breakfast:
The menu includes Yuuan-yaki (grilled fish) using fish that changes daily, and kasujiru (sake lees soup) made with sake lees from Toyosawa Brewery.
We offer a nutritious Japanese breakfast made with fresh, local ingredients.
For guests who have booked a room-only plan, this might be a good option.
