From June to early July each year, the historic temples in Nara host the 'Yamato Hydrangea Corridor.' Colorful hydrangeas bloom on the historic stone steps and temple grounds. We invite you to experience the traditional summer ambiance at various famous locations throughout the prefecture.

・Okadera: Asuka Village
The oldest temple in Japan for warding off evil. The "Flower Pond" floating in the pond and the hydrangeas adorning the stone steps are famous.

- Hasedera Temple (Hasedera): Sakurai City
Known as the "Temple of Flowers," this famous temple boasts vibrant hydrangeas blooming along the long approach and within the precincts.
