Baika, located just a one-minute walk from the front building Kokuan, is situated next to Kokutei, which was once a fish shop. This building was created from an annex that was expanded during the Showa era due to the fish shop becoming too cramped.
This is the largest guest room in the hotel, offering a spacious and relaxing environment enveloped in the natural scents of the garden and hinoki bath visible from the room.

Monzen-machi, which prospered as the front of Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, the center of Dazaifu. Along the streets that have seen many people come and go across the ages, there used to be many shops and inns that supported the development and vibrancy of Dazaifu.
Baika is a banquet hall that is thriving, and over time, it has been expanded with a separate building on the back side of the street, where each room has a different entrance.
