In Kazeno Yame-Fukushima, we collaborated with Kitaya, a long-established sake brewery representing Yame.
We have launched "Kitaya Sake Brewery Tour & Tasting Experience," an exclusive sake brewery experience for our hotel guests.
During the tasting, you can sample several types of sake that have won awards overseas. In particular, the tasting of sparkling sake is unparalleled in Japan from the perspective of maintaining quality.
Enjoy the sake culture nurtured by the water, people, and climate of Yame, an experience you can only have at our establishment, engaging all your senses.

An experience guided by the staff of Kitaya, where you can casually enjoy aromas and flavors.
You can learn about the sake brewing process while enjoying tastings of five types, including sake, shochu, and gin.
As a souvenir, you will receive a "guinomi glass" as a gift.

Those who are interested can also purchase sake from Kitaya.

It has a track record of winning the Champion Sake award at the IWC (International Wine Challenge),
