We will hold a blissful tea experience at the beautiful tea garden terrace surrounded by the nature of Yame. With high-quality tea leaves, you can enjoy Yame's specialty gyokuro, which allows for multiple brews, providing a luxurious experience that cannot be enjoyed with ordinary tea leaves.

▼How to enjoy
First brew: "1-second brewing"
Extracting only the aroma of the tea leaves in 1 second,
Enjoy the aroma similar to the sea scent of gyokuro tea.
Second infusion: Brewed at 60°C
Enjoy the strong umami flavor that is characteristic of gyokuro tea, brewed at the temperature that extracts its full flavor.
Third infusion: Brewed at 80°C
The astringent components remaining in the tea leaves are extracted, allowing you to enjoy the bitterness.
• Fourth infusion: "Brewed at 100°C"
By extracting all the components of the tea leaves at high temperatures, you can fully enjoy its aroma and flavor.
Conclusion: "Eating tea leaves"
Tea, like vegetables, is an agricultural product grown in fields. It's enjoyed with soy sauce or salt, just like spinach.

  • After confirming the reservation, we will check the availability for participation in the experience and inform the customer through Kazeno Heritage General Inquiries (VMG General Inquiries).
  • There is no transportation service to the tea plantation. You will need to go by your own car or by taxi.
  • There is a farm road leading to the large tea garden. Please come wearing comfortable shoes.

▼ The Tasting Journey 
・First Infusion: The One-Second Brew
Steeped for just a single second to draw out only the fragrance. Enjoy the unique aroma of Gyokuro, often likened to the scent of a sea breeze.
・Second Infusion: The 60°C Brew Brewed at the ideal temperature to release the tea’s umami. Savor the rich, deep savory notes characteristic of Gyokuro.
・Third Infusion: The 80°C Brew Steeped at a higher temperature to extract a delicate astringency, adding a crisp complexity to the cup.
・Fourth Infusion: The 100°C Brew Brewed with boiling water to release all remaining elements of the leaf. A moment to fully appreciate its final aroma and taste.
・Conclusion: Savoring the Leaves Like any crop grown in the fields, tea leaves are a harvest of the earth. To close the tasting, enjoy the tender leaves dressed simply with salt or soy sauce, much like fresh spinach.

・Transportation to the tea plantation is not provided. Please arrive by your own car or taxi. ・The path to the terrace includes unpaved farm roads. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
